How does the refund work?
The refund window is 15 days from the date you made payment for your first invoice. The refund amount is the unused credits available in your 53 Cloud account at the time we initiate the refund process.
Can I get a refund if my first invoice was issued during a promotional campaign?
Transactions during the promotional campaigns are refundable. We’ll refund your unused net credits. For example, if you top up $100 with a 10% discount, you will receive a $90 refund, minus the credits used.
How long does it take for a refund to be completed?
The whole process could take up to 5 business days.
